Shipping and returns
Do you order before 16.30 on working days? Then your package will be shipped the same day. Usually it is deliverd the next day or the day after.
Are you not satisfied with your new purchase? Returns are possible within 14 days. Your order must then be returned to us within 14 days.
The return period starts on the day of receiving the package. After this period, the purchase can no longer be canceled and is final.
It is important that you handle the product and packaging properly during the reflection period. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging with the enclosed return form and packing slip.
As soon as we have received your return shipment in good order, we will proceed to a refund within 14 days, the refund includes the shipping costs that you have paid for your order. An exception to this is if you have ordered several items and return everything. Then the shipping costs remain at your own expense.
Unfortunately, we do not reimburse the return costs. These are therefore for your own account. When you register your Return via our email, info@dalova.nl you will receive a return link and the shipping costs to be paid are €4,- for a letterbox package and €6,- for a larger package.
Pay attention! Orders that are shipped for free, because they are above € 75 and you return above € 75, then € 4 shipping costs will STILL be withheld.
PAY ATTENTION! We make a few exceptions for returns:
- Swimwear and jewelry may not be returned due to hygiene.
- Items must not be washed or worn.
- The label must still be on the item.
- Items may not contain traces of, for example, make-up, perfume, deo, smoke scent or (animal) hair.
As soon as one of the above points is violated, we are forced to return the package without postage.
Shipping costs
We offer free shipping with an order of at least 75 euros. As soon as you are below this, an order in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium costs € 3.99. For France and Spain are the shipping costs €6,-
