Shipping Address
As a customer, you are responsible for the correct shipping address! We recommend that you double check your address when entering your details. The zip code and house number combination is especially important here!

If the entered shipping address is incorrect and you do not notify us in time (within one hour after your order), we are not obliged to send your order to the correct address at our expense.

Once your order has been shipped to a non-existent address, it will usually be returned to us. As soon as the new shipping costs have been paid by the customer, we will resend the order. Send an email to info@dalova.nl

The above also applies to orders above 75 euros. The first sending attempt is free, as soon as this does not go well, shipping costs will be charged.

Processing orders
Orders placed on everyday except Sunday will be processed and shipped before 4.30 pm. Once the package is in the hands of PostNL, it takes an average of 1-3 working days until the package is delivered to you.

Missing product in the order
As soon as a product is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible via info@dalova.nl. Please include the order number and product name of the missing product.

We offer iDeal, Creditcard, Bancontant and Sofort banking free of charge as a payment method. You can also choose to pay afterwards with Klarna. This involves € 1 administration costs. Once you have chosen this payment method, you always have to pay €1, even when you return your package.
